We walk your building
For most facilities we ask for a short on-site walkthrough, typically 20 to 30 minutes. We look at square footage, floor types, restroom counts, traffic patterns and anything the last vendor was missing. There is no charge and no obligation, and we can do it outside your business hours.
You get a written, line-item proposal
Within a few days of the walkthrough you receive a scope of work that spells out what gets cleaned, how often, and what it costs. Nightly, weekly and monthly tasks are listed separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We do not require long-term contracts.
We assign a dedicated crew
If you decide to move forward, the same background-checked crew handles your building on every visit, supervised by an owner who lives here. Consistent people are the difference between a facility that stays clean and one that slips a month in.
